Update...

...Morgan doesn't hate me. In fact, she smiled at me first thing this morning! I got in bed at 3:00am and she didn't wake up again until 7:45am! We'll see how tonight goes.

*Thanks for all the recommendations! I've read Baby Wise and the Happiest Baby on the Block. I haven't done either very "by the book", but just pulled out some things that seem to work for us. I will say, it has been a lot harder getting the second baby on a sleeping schedule than it was with just Mallory. There are many times when I'm tyring to put Morgan down for a nap and Mallory one will run into her room yelling something. Or, she'll slam the door shut (her new trick) right when I put Morgan in her bed...nice.

Congrats on the first night down. We to had a harder time with number 2. Alyssa was on a schedule from the time she came home from the hospital. Caleb not so much. (and I was a sucker the second time) He loved to be held...and I loved it. For the longest time I would rock him to sleep...but I was not getting anything done. (I am not sure it is much different now that I check blogs while they sleep) So we got onto the schedule. We also did Baby Wise and I love it. I just was not as disciplied with it as I should have been in the beginning. Oh well...Caleb naps and sleeps through the night like a chap. Good luck

Hope tonight goes well for you. We still have some work ahead of us. You can do it!!! I will just think of you and you can think of me and we can send power to each other. ha ha!!!

That is so funny about the lady. But like you said at least she asked and even mentioned washing her hands. There is a lady that works at a resturant here that is constantly messing with Faith and it drives both of us nuts.

Amen! Hayden was harder too. I'm always screaming at Ella to stop screaming while Hayden is napping. Duh, probably defeats the purpose because I'm screaming right along with her. I know I'm not commenting on the right post, but Hayden is a big thumb sucker. After Ella saw Hayden doing it on a trip she began doing it too. After turning two!! So, now I have two thumb suckers. That is the whole reason I pushed the paci, so I could get rid of it easily. When Ella was a newborn and she found her fingers I pulled them out of her mouth. I didn't even give her the opportunity to fall in love with them. Goes to show when you think you are on top of the mommy thing, someone else can always sabotage your work. Ha, ha, ha! Thanks Hayden. Don't get me started on this one, it bugs me big time! All I can do is hope that they both will stop before they are in kindergarten. Congrats on the new found sleep though!!! Good luck on the big girl bed. It's not that bad.
